Dec. 1, 2022 Open Factory 2022 Autumn (In-company study meeting)  EVENT

On November 22, 2022, “Open Factory 2022 Autumn” was held.
The purpose of this event was to give our employees an opportunity to learn more about themselves and each other’s work, as well as to provide an opportunity for in-house education to develop communication skills, etc., and for employees to interact with each other.

This year’s Open Factory was held at the Mishima Plant.

Even within the same organization, there are probably fewer opportunities than one might think to get to know people outside of one’s own work in depth.
From the way the day went, the event provided an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the company and oneself, and to expect that advice from various perspectives would lead to growth.

Once again, we were able to discover and realize many things.
