Nov. 1944Foundation of Kawanoe Zoki
Affiliated to Kure Naval Arsenal to manufacture torpedo parts.

Shigeichi Shinohara, a founder in 1944
Sep. 1945With the end of the war, switched over to manufacture of pulp and paper machines.
Apr. 1948Designed as a special plant by Shikoku Regional Bureau of International Trade and Industry.
Jul. 1953Awarded for rationalization and increased production by Small and Medium Enterprise Agency.

Mar. 1974"Cited by the Minister of International Trade and Industry as a model plant for years of rationalization, on the occasion of celebrating the 25th anniversary of the foundation of the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency."
May. 1980Concluded a technical agreement with JWI (Canada) on T-bar system foil unit.
Sep. 1982Concluded a technical agreement with James Ross Ltd. (Canada) on doctors.
Apr. 1985Development of fully automatic random roll wrapping machine.
