Apr. 1, 2022 Company welcoming ceremony for 2022  INFORMATION

Company welcoming ceremony was held in our head office in April 1, 2022.

The weather was fine again this year, with cherry blossoms in full bloom, and we welcomed four new graduates to our new employee initiation ceremony.

Each of the four new employees who took their first steps into the company introduced themselves and their aspirations, full of dreams and hopes.
We were very impressed by their serious and strong eyes as they took on the challenges of the new world.

At the luncheon after the ceremony, the tension dissipated, and the conversation was relaxed while enjoying the view of the city of Kawanoe.

From now until August, our new associates will be working in the company’s manufacturing facilities to learn the basics of the company’s business.
We will be undergoing training to experience all departments.
