Apr. 18, 2022 Open Factory 2022 Spring (In-company study meeting)  EVENT

On April 15, 2022, “Open Factory 2022 Spring” was held.

This event was originally planned as an event to introduce our company to our customers, but has since been transformed into an opportunity for our employees to learn more about each other’s work and a place for internal education.

This time, the departments that introduced their jobs and presented their goals were the manufacturing and design departments at the head office and the development building.

All employees, including new employees who joined the company this month, participated in or managed the event, except for those who traveled to the company.

In addition to the opportunity to understand each other’s work, the presenters also had a chance to look deeply into themselves and think about how to express their own work.

Aiming to embody our philosophy of “working together, flourish together,” we will continue to provide opportunities to grow together.
