Mar. 24, 2026 Recipient of the Shikoku Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry Director-General’s Award at the Monodzukuri Nippon Grand Award  INFORMATION

On March 23, 2026, our joint project with Ehime University, titled
“Development of a Continuous Dewatering Sheet-Forming System for Cellulose Nanofibers (CNF),”
received the Shikoku Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry Director-General’s Award at the 10th Monodzukuri Nippon Grand Award.

The Monodzukuri Nippon Grand Award honors outstanding individuals across generations who are engaged in manufacturing, including mid-career professionals who play key roles in production sites, skilled craftsmen who support traditional and cultural techniques, and young talent expected to lead the future of manufacturing.
Since its inception in 2005, the award has been jointly administered by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and this year marks its 10th edition.

Encouraged by this recognition, we will continue to deepen collaboration with partners across a wide range of industries and further our efforts to contribute to the broader social implementation of CNF technologies in the future.
