Apr. 2, 2026 Entrance Ceremony 2026  INFORMATION

On April 1, 2026, as spring was in full bloom, we held our Entrance Ceremony to welcome our new employees. 

The ceremony highlighted the strong determination and great hopes of our new colleagues as they embarked on their professional careers, opening the door to a new world with both excitement and anticipation. 

One of the highlights of the event was the annual video message from our senior employees, a tradition that continues to evolve each year. Through this message, our new TEAM members experienced the warm welcome, enthusiasm, and high expectations that await them at KAWANOE. 

From now until fall, the new employees will participate in a job rotation program, gaining experience across all departments to deepen their understanding of our business and experience and manufacturing spirit of KAWANOE. We sincerely look forward to their continued growth and future success.
