Oct. 1, 2026 New Employee Informal Ceremony  RECRUIT

On October 1, 2026, we held a New Employee Informal Ceremony for prospective employees who will join Kawanoe Zoki in 2027. 

During the ceremony, certificates of job offer were presented, followed by welcoming remarks from the president and other executives, as well as self-introductions by the prospective employees. This year, congratulatory video messages from employees who had interacted with them through recruitment activities and internships were also presented. 

After the ceremony, we enjoyed our customary luncheon in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The prospective employees shared updates on their recent activities and plans leading up to graduation, giving everyone an opportunity to get to know each other better. 

We hope they will make the most of the remainder of their valuable student life. All of our executives and employees look forward to welcoming them to Kawanoe Zoki next spring.
