On April 1, 2025, as the cherry blossoms were in full bloom, we welcomed our new colleagues to the company.

Although they had already taken part in the Open Factory 2025 Spring event the previous week, there was a different kind of tension in the air as they attended the official entrance ceremony.

As the ceremony progressed, their nervousness gradually eased. From their facial expressions and words, we could feel their strong determination as they took their first steps as working professionals, as well as the great hopes they hold for the new world ahead.

The annual “Video Messages from Senior Employees” once again delivered warm and humorous words of encouragement, allowing the newcomers to truly feel the joy of becoming part of the “Tomoni (Together)” and our shared expectations for their future growth and contributions.

From now until autumn, the new employees will participate in a job rotation program, experiencing our “Monozukuri (Manufacturing)” firsthand as they rotate through every department.

We sincerely look forward to seeing their continued growth and success in the years to come.
