We hold our semi-annual “Best Practices Presentation” once a year.
This summer will be the 8th time.

The activities to be evaluated during the six-month period are nominated, and those activities that receive the most 👍s within the company are given the opportunity to make a presentation. In addition to praising the presenting groups, we hope that sharing their best practices within the company will provide hints for each group’s future activities, and we also aim to embody our philosophy of “becoming an organization that grows together. The video footage of the presentation was filmed and shown at the event.

The video footage of the presentations is made available to all employees via the company’s portal site.

We will continue to hold “Best Practice Presentation Meetings” in the belief that the repetition of these activities will lead to opportunities to obtain hints for inspiration.
