On April 1, 2024, with the arrival of a warm spring, we welcomed our newest members to our team this year.

It was the first initiation ceremony at the new Koryukan.

From the expressions and words of our new employees, I could sense their strong determination to become members of society and their great hope to open the door to a new world.

The warm words of the “video messages from senior employees” that we prepared for them this year again made them feel relieved to be a member of TEAM, and they seemed to have great expectations for the new strength that we have in store for them.

From now until the fall, they will be undergoing job rotation training in which they will visit all departments to experience our manufacturing.
