May. 16, 2026 Open Factory 2026 Spring  EVENT

On May 15, 2026, we held “Open Factory 2026 Spring”. For nearly 10 years, this event has continued to evolve while providing families, customers, and employees with opportunities to experience manufacturing firsthand through visits to our workplaces and factories. 

This year’s event was designed to encourage employees to learn from one another, deepen their understanding of each other’s work, and gain new perspectives on their own work. The featured departments were the Yoki Manufacturing Section and the Engineering Department. 

At the Yoki factory, we toured the actual equipment while listening to detailed explanations and insights from a presenter, which allowed us to experience firsthand the functionality and precision of their products. Through this experience, it seems we gained insights that served as a catalyst for changing our own perceptions and perspectives on our work. 

The event also explored the past, present, and future of the Yoki Factory. By sharing the factory’s vision for the future, employees were able to reflect on the goals and aspirations we hope to achieve as an organization. The event served as a valuable opportunity to reinforce our commitment to sustainable growth.
