Mar. 1, 2023 Best Practices Presentation  EVENT

The 5th “Best Practices Presentation” was held on February 27, 2023.
The award-winning themes this year were “Development of Portal Site, a New Form of Gathering People” by General Affairs & Systems and “Open Factory 2022 Autumn” by the Mishima Plant.

Our company website is an electronic bulletin board that provides a variety of information, from official to casual. This time, the site was highly evaluated by many people for its new form of sharing information to all employees and for its many interesting features (e.g., video clips).
The in-house open factory was also a good opportunity to learn about the activities of the Mishima Plant, and to reevaluate the work that one is involved in, turning the presentation into a place for growth. We received many “likes.

We will continue to hold “Best Practices Presentation Meetings” in the hope that the regular presentation and sharing of best practices will lead to hints for new developments and opportunities to stimulate ideas.
