Jul. 4, 2026 Work Experience Program for Junior High School Students  CSR

For five days starting on June 29, 2026, students from Shikokuchuo City Kawanoe North Junior High School once again participated in our “Work Experience Program”. 

Under the theme “Experiencing KAWANOE’s Manufacturing,” the program was designed to let students get a firsthand feel for KAWANOE’s manufacturing processes by participating in design, manufacturing, and assembly works. The program was structured to let participants experience the joy of using their imagination and bringing their ideas to life with their own hands. 

For us as hosts, it was also a valuable opportunity to reaffirm the importance of safety, experience the joy of witnessing the students’ growth firsthand, and be exposed to the fresh perspectives that only children can offer. 

We hope this Work Experience Program will serve as a bridge to the future—both for these children and for the future of manufacturing.
