Jul. 7, 2025 Junior High School Student ”Workplace Experience Program”  CSR

From July 1 to 5, 2025, two students from Kawanoe North Junior High School in Shikoku Chuo City visited our company for a “workplace experience program”.

This year’s program was organized under the theme of “Experiencing KAWANOE’s MONOZUKURI (Manufacturing)”, where the students had the opportunity to actually take part in design, production, and assembly work, allowing them to directly feel the spirit of KAWANOE’s MONOZUKURI. In addition, they interacted with our overseas partners—who are also part of our TEAM- and even contributed to the production of our 80th anniversary monument, which will mark a new chapter in our history. Compared with previous years, this year’s program provided a broader and deeper experience to help the students understand our company.

We sincerely hope that this workplace experience program will serve as an inspiration for the students and spark their interest in MONOZUKURI in the future.
