In 2025, many of employees successfully obtained various professional skill certifications

(see the list of successful applicants below).

Additionally, two employees received the following awards for their excellent performance in the Ehime Prefecture Promotion Contest.

– Ehime Prefectural Governor’s Award – Second Grade, Sequence Control Work: 1 person

– Ehime Prefecture Skilled Workers Association President’s Award – Second Grade, Sequence Control Work: 1 person

For many years, our company has actively encouraged employees to take vocational skills certification exams, and each employee has worked to improve their skills.
