Oct. 2, 2025 2026 New Employee Informal Ceremony  RECRUIT

October 1, 2025, we held the job offer ceremony for our 2026 new employees.

The event included the presentation of offer letters, greetings from the president and executives, and self-introductions by the new employees. This year, video messages from people connected to the new employees—such as alumni from their schools, members involved in recruitment activities, and friends from sports activities—were also shared as congratulatory messages.

Since the new employees were meeting each other for the first time, there was some initial nervousness. However, by the time of the annual lunch party, everyone’s expressions had relaxed, and the atmosphere became warm and cheerful, allowing them to deepen their connections.

We hope all of our new employees make the most of their remaining student life, and we look forward to welcoming them in the spring as even more grown and accomplished individuals.
