Apr. 1, 2025 Open Factory 2025 Spring  EVENT

On March 28, 2025, we held “Open Factory 2025 Spring.”

This in-house event was designed to deepen understanding of each other’s work, encourage reflection on one’s own role, and spark new insights through interaction and exchange.

This time, the focus was on the Manufacturing Division, 1st Floor of the Head Office.

The 1st floor of the Manufacturing Division houses the Purchasing, Engineering, Production Control, and Manufacturing Technology departments. It functions as the command center for our “Monozukuri (Manufacturing)”, providing an overall view of our manufacturing processes and ensuring optimal coordination.

The presentations were thoughtfully designed to be clear and accessible to everyone, clearly illustrating a well-considered vision for the future. We hope these presentations will serve as inspiration for discovering new possibilities.

We also extended a special invitation to our new employees, who will officially join us in April, as an excellent opportunity for them to get to know our company. We sincerely appreciate their participation.
