| □Automatic coil inside wrapping paper insert device |

Based on the information on coil size stored in this device,
appropriate paper grade and size wrapping paper is supplied automatically from
turret. Then, feed out wrapping paper up to predetermined length while taping
on one end.
The inside wrapping paper is wound on insert cylinder and a carrier transfers
the cylinder into inner diameter of coil to insert. The inside wrapping paper
is expanded to fit to coil inner diameter and being taped. |

Based on the coil information and turret No. stored in this device, appropriate
paper grade and size wrapping paper is supplied automatically, and slitｔed into
predetermined width. Then, winding roll wind up the paper and cut the paper. Carrier
transfers the winding roll to coil transfer position. The winding roll goes around
coil to wrap coil surface with wrapping paper. |

Crimp the outer wrapping paper, and tuck the paper into inner diameter of
coil. Then perform taping. |
